How to build custom chopper motorcycle.
Chopper modification style is no stranger to the fans of custom motors. The history of the chopper originated in the Second World War, at which time the American soldiers who used Harley Davidson took off various motoring accessories for the lighter weight to drive. Since then, Chopper has evolved to date with simplicity and minimalist features.
The hardest thing about modification in chopper style is on the frame. Where the motor frame must be balanced while riding, this requires detailed calculations. The frame also has to make its own from the seamless pipe, with the angle in such a way that the position rises on the tank.
Unlike the standard motor, the original chopper is on the left lever, while the left foot pedal is made clutch, while the right pedal is for brake and no front brake. For people who are not used to this can be dangerous. For those who want the originality please modif as such, for the security is not necessary to change the position of that standard.
Chopper is a simple and minimalist motorcycle, so there is no such thing as all the accessories that weigh like plastic body cover so it looks bare. Frame that leads upwards then it needs a rather high front shock fork anyway. In the tank part also shaped nuts are not too wide.
In the foot sector, it usually wears a simpler and lighter slim tire. The slim Velg with bars makes the chopper look more classic with a width of 2 inch front and a 2.5 inch rear. Arm tires can be without shock breaker but on seat saddle can be added per to be soft for comfort in driving.
Saddle seats can be in custom only to drive alone or there is a seat for both, made of leather to make upholstery impressed classic. The addition of a construction back-up pipe in the stern became a wise choice to look retro.
Headlamp and Stop lamp also use the classic style of a small cone that displays simplicity. Brakes are also just a drum instead of discs, although drum brake is less bite but it is back that the basic idea of chopper is simple and minimalist.
The exhaust should also be equal to the body using linear shapes only. The placement of the license plate is also directly attached to the front sock fork without any additional mounting. Very simple
